Next stage would be the adolescence which be describe the person, and the person is between the age of thirteen to nineteen, this is the stage when a person starts their transition to adulthood. In the adolescence Maslow hierarchy of needs it states that in adolescence start to take things in their own hands when it come to their needs. When I was adolescence I was not look for my mother to buy me everything, I just expect her to give me my basis needs, and during this stage I got a job and was able to buy certain things I need. It was easy for me turn down peer pressure because I knew what type effect drug have on a person, it made my parent steal, lie, or do whatever it takes to get drugs. While I was adolescence I was able to understand that my mom had a disease and we did everything to have her back I went to drug meetings, I stay at this place with your child, it was cause Mary village, this place brought the mother close to their children, it taught us about the disease and how to deal with it. While I was wait for the boss this guy asks for the time then he put a gun to my head and told us give him our money and he want their expensive coat, my boyfriend at the time ran away, me his brother gave our stuff up. I was so angry at him I stop talking to him because he ran away instead of giving his jacket it up, my life flash before me. I was so scared I ran to the fire station, and they call my mother and she came to get me, she was upset but she did not fuss at me, she held me, and I slept with her. After that incident me and my mother became closer and we work on her disease.
