Around 49% percent of children globally have reported seeing bullying or reported being bullied. Bullying is when someone makes fun of someone else over and over again for the same or a different reason. Sometimes, it gets so serious that the victim doesn’t want to live anymore. School bullying is a big factor of bullying in general. School bullying may actually consist of all cyber bullying, physical bullying, and verbal bullying. School bullying may actually also consist of cyber bullying, physical bullying, and verbal bullying all together

A common reason for why a bully chooses to be a bully is that they have a dysfunctional family. A dysfunctional family is a family that things just don’t function in, such as; a divorced family, a family that fights a lot, a family in which one parent rules, or a family in which the people simply don’t like each other.

Another reason why a bully might choose to be what they are, is the bully doesn’t care how others feel. One reason why they might not care, is that they come from a dysfunctional family, so their family hasn’t taught them to care. Also, maybe …show more content…

If the bully has friends or any other people supporting them, it will be easier to bully the victim, and the bully will feel superior over the victim.

Alex Libby was bullied very harshly during his middle school years. He was kicked, punched, pushed, and verbally made fun of. People might’ve made fun of him just because of the way he looks or just because of something that he did. His nightmares began before he even got on the school bus, though most bullying happened on the school bus and at school. Born prematurely, Alex was diagnosed with a mild version of autism and an attention deficit disorder. As a result of his disabilities he was bullied.

Not everything went bad for him though, because while he was being bullied a documentary was made about him. The documentary is called
