Scrambled eggs are a dish that is usually served during breakfast hours in many family homes. People have been scrambling eggs for centuries. It is not really clear who was the first person to make this dish. However, records show that this dish is thought to have begun in China in 6,000BC. () Scrambled eggs were a primary food in my childhood that fundamentally enhanced the joy in my life.
Scrambled eggs are a very simple dish. All I need is eggs, (which can vary depending on how many people you are making it for) salt and oil. I would always watch my grandma prepare this dish so I remember the steps perfectly. She would take out a big black round pan and pour oil into the pan to let it heat up. She would then take two big brown eggs and crack them on a bowl. She would Wisk those eggs in a red bowl that she kept under the kitchen sink while I danced to nose the fork would make as it banged against the bowl. She would mix the eggs until the yolk and the whites became one. My grandma then would take the red bowl and gently poured the eggs into the hot oily pan.
