Nurses should have ideal relationship and communication with patients CCU so that patients do not worry and no complication occurs. Nurses have to use medications via correct methods; use sterile medicines, use sterile equipment during jobs, and provide positive behavior outcomes to patients. According to the Maurice B., & Torill B. “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” (Mittelmark, Bull, 2013, p. 35). Nurses can provide practice advice about psychological support, emotional support, spiritual support, and physical support to patients during jobs.

In the United States, “there are significant differences between men's and women's health. Men suffer higher rates of acute and chronic conditions such as heart disease; men age 45-64 are three times more likely than women to suffer fatal coronary events. However, women suffer of overweight, drink heavily, and smoke cigarettes” (Arras, Ogletree, & Welshimer, 2006, p. 66). Nurses can know which type of behavior the patients have through meeting with patients and asking some questions about their situation and family. Nurses have to think about how behavioral change could be stimulated. Nurses can provide practical advice to patients such as asking them to eat food without fat, and check cholesterol test each month because one of the major causes of coronary heart disease is high cholesterol. If patients smoker, nurses have to encourage patients to quit smoking and do exercises every day at least 30 minutes every day. Nurses can encourage patients to continue with their medications and do not eat too much salt. If patients have hypertension, the nurse can monitor and watch them during job. Also, the nurse has to inform patients and their families about high blood pressure so that they know the food has too much salts, will impact the
