Stress is the feeling of being mentally tired or it refers to the mental tiredness of an individual. When we feel exhausted, we feel stress. When we have so much in mind, we feel stress. When we overthink situations and many many things, we feel really stressed out. How can we avoid or even overcome stress? We have our own habits and strategies in coping with stress. But, a book entitled Stress Free Life by Gary A. Yupangco. His book discusses and tackles all abut stress, of how we can determine stress and how do we get stress. This book will also teach us the more effective ways in coping with stress and how to overcome them.

People does gain and feel stress because of irritation caused by several factors. People feel stress because of overthinking. They also feel stress because of the air pollution as well as the noise pollution of the surroundings. People also gain stress because they do not do proper exercise and do not practice the habit of sleeping having the necessary and adequate hours of sleep. They also lack adequate nutritious food intake that makes them feel very tired. The book tells us that we should not have insecurities for other people. We should mind our own business and focus on improving and making ourselves better. We should not be bothered by the noise outside even though it is so irritating. We should have a control with our mood swings and emotions. People must also practice good exercise, balanced diet and have enough sleep a day. It also tells that during irritating instances, we should calm ourselves. In doing this, we should connect ourselves with God who calm our souls as well as our minds. We should focus ourselves on our faith in God. With this connection, we can control our emotions and attitudes or even habits in handling stress. We connect our souls to the Holy One that would
