Finally, you can buy the Star Wars films in digital format — digital streaming, that is. Technically, we’ve had Star Wars in digital format via DVD and Blu-ray for ages. But if you wanted to stream Star Wars digitally from the cloud, you couldn’t until today.
There seems to be no lack of providers offering bundles of the six films in the series for $90 or $100. Amazon and M-Go, for example, both sent emails today encouraging me to buy.

These types of issues used to drive me nuts when I’d consider buying a film digitally. I once even made an entire comparison chart to track how trapped movies and TV shows we buy are, depending on platform. But with Disney Movies Anywhere, go with with any of the participating services, and you pick up three other choices for nothing. With all of them combined, you should find plenty of freedom to view your films.
Do think carefully about where you plan to watch Star Wars: A New Hope, however. If you really like the idea of viewing that as an iTunes download (as opposed to using the Google Play or Vudu apps for iOS), you’ll need to make iTunes your provider. But if you do that, you then lock that film only to the Apple ecosystem, since Apple doesn’t make iTunes films available for non-Apple tablets or phones.
Finally, I was a bit bummed that there wasn’t yet a Blu-ray / Digital Download combo package out. I like having the actual physical media because unlike with the digital copies, providers can’t suddenly take your rights
The Star Wars Films are a great series of trilogies made by Lucasfilm, and thought up by George Walton Lucas. The original Star Wars films are some of the most well known known movies ever made. Until George Lucas retired and sold Star Wars to Disney for 4 billion dollars. But Disney had almost no experience making good sci-fi movies.

Like to know that the first Star Wars came out in 1977 and the movie is so clean as in special effects that it would make any geek overfill with excitement and possibly rewatch the whole movie again it’s just a movie you will never get tired of.

The movie tickets in many theaters have sold out because people feel obligated to see it. On the other hand, films in the 1890’s did not have the type of promotion Star Wars has received, but a lot of people went to see the short silent films. Due to a few reasons: for entertainment, escape reality, popular culture, and going out to the movie theater to watch a film was a social norm at the time. When it came to merchandise, Disney was doing it for years, but merchandise did not make a huge impact until Star Wars. As a result, Star Wars changed and inspired new promotion and money-making strategies for all the Hollywood

At home, you can control the variety and ways to watch a movie. People buy many movies to watch at home and it can be anything at any time, even at any place. The only bad thing about it is that they cannot see any of the newest released movies that recently came out in theaters. There are two types of ways people watch movies in their homes. One way is people who already own DVDs or have bought many of them and start watching them in their DVD players.

What is also available to us due to digital television is films that have perhaps just finished in the cinema streamed into our own home without having to go down to the video shop or have to spend money in stores. There are channels which are specifically catered for different genres of films for example, if a person likes up and coming film makers and some iconic films Film4 is possibly the best place to look or if they have children and want to watch a traditional Disney movie obviously the Disney Channel is where you should look.
