Recommended: Negative consequences of abortion

Although teenagers facing abortion, is a psychological, social and philosophical issue that must be encountered, however a teenager should have the right to do what they think is best for them just like we all have freedom of speech and action, we might get a harmful consequences but at the end we still are going to do what is good for us. Reports indicate that they are approximately 1 million teenagers in America that become pregnant each year. How can we stop this?

Abortion is about allowing a woman the right to make choices about when they are ready to have a kid in relation to their age, financial stability and relationship. It is not a place for the government to go against women’s choices. Raising a child is not easy it requires a lot of work and if the person don’t think they are able to raise a child then they should be able to make their own decisions. Do you know how many kids that are waiting to get adopt? According to the CCAI (Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute) there are approximately 153 million orphans.     I do not believe there should be limitations on abortions. In my personally beliefs the government should not tell a woman what she can and can not do with their bodies. If a female decides to have a baby the choice whether to keep it or not should be up to her and her alone. Studies show that prior to Roe V. Wade they were many unwanted pregnancies in America. Another poll shows that 1% of all abortions occur because of rape or incest; 6% of abortions occur because of potential health problems regarding either the mother or child. The government wants the citizens to believe they have abortions because it is legal and the women take advantage of that.
