Over 240 million people lived outside their mother country in 2015 according to UNFPA (2015). Immigration is to travel from the place of origin to a destination county specially to live there permanent and also to live there temporarily. People usually travel from there country to have better opportunity in job or education or better social life. Some people are forced to leave their country because of religion or social persecution or political oppression. According to UNFPA (2015) economic Immigrants are the fastest growing group of immigrants also the number of forced immigrants is increasing it is higher than any time after the 2nd world war. We have great human and natural resources. But we have very poor education as Egypt come in the rank 139 out of 140 countries. According to WIPO (2015) Egypt come in the rank 100 out of 141 in the Global innovation index. According to CAPMAS (2015) Egypt come in the rank 129 out of 148 in the Scientific research index. When it comes to media freedom Egypt is from the worst countries in Media Freedom as it come in the rank 158 from 180 countries according to Reporters without boarders (2015). This environment that lack a good quality of life and good education and do not spend a lot on scientific research is not good environment that encourage people to innovate and become creative.
