Fit Lifestyle Specific Purpose: I will inform my class about the importance, structure, and physical need for exercising.

Other than just staying healthy exercising can be used for many athletes as well. 1. Exercising helps athletes with their physical performances daily and helps insure accuracy. 2. II. Making time to exercise is fairly simple, regarding the time you spend through out your busy day. There is still no excuse why you can 't have 10 minutes of your day for some type of workout. A. You can start off by setting goals to improve your physical appearance or to be healthier. 1. Once you have established a goal, you need to look up workouts that are best for you. 2. Everyone is different which some people may need less or more reps. at a time. 3. As long as you find what fits you, all things are possible the only thing that matters is your determination. B. III. We psychically need to exercise because it helps us in the long run even though aging. A. Ten years from now I don 't want to be over weight or unhappy with my physical appearance due to overly stressing and being lazy in college. 1. If we don 't start taking acting now it can seriously effect our future, and nobody wants that. 2. By starting now as young adults this is the best time for this kind of change in our life.
