Wifi should become public all over the United States, people get on their phones all the time and most the things people do on their phones takes wifi or data. Americans check their phones 8 billion times a day and most those people use wifi. Some people can not use wifi because their not around a router sourcing their data bill up and wasting Gigabytes. In 1991 the first router was invented. In 26 years public wifi has not been made all over in the United States. Most stores in America have free wifi but major cities do not.
