IUPUI is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, so it’s in-state, so it’s cheaper than the out of state schools, and it’s a public school so it will be cheaper than a private school like Notre Dame. With everything that’s required,and without scholarships it costs about $22,387 to go here for in state students, and around $43,937 to go here for out of state students. The housing there is usually around 2,500-3,000 dollars, unless you’re renting a room at an apartment near the school, then it might be around 4,000 a year. The place I would like to stay at IUPUI would be at the old hotel that they turned into housing for university students. It’s also a pretty decent sized school with about 22,525 undergraduate students and about 8,165 graduate students, so a total of around 30,690 students. This school really isn’t that old, in 1968 mayor Richard Lugar called for “a great university in Indianapolis”, so then they Established IUPUI in 1969. When the people created this school it merged Indiana University and Purdue University’s many programs and degrees into this one school. The first things merged into the school were, IU school of medicine, IU Robert H. They have many fields of studies that anyone can go into, but I’m specifically going for nursing. There’s a lot of classes someone can take for nursing at IUPUI.
