I ended up contacting 3 of my family members, and I told them to be brutality honest with me. I also told them whatever they said to me would not hurt my feelings. The four people I contacted where my brother, mom and dad. My dad said that my strengths where that I’m independent and I like to work on my own, that I was very determined to be successful, and that I am very driven to be the best at everything. She said my weaknesses where time management since I sometimes put off homework till last minute, that processes where hard for me to follow because I like to do things my way, he also said that I am very needy for approval after I have completed something. My mom said that I am a hard worker and feel the need to compete tasks fast, that I am a very loyal friend, and I am very determined to succeed in life. She said for my weaknesses that I can sometimes be selfish when it comes to work because I care about me succeeding more then others, she also said that me being a loyal friend is also a weakness because I care about them as much as I care about myself, and finally she said that I can sometimes get distracted easily. Those two jobs would be an executive recruiter and a training and development manager. For the training and development manager position I would need creativity skills to get the people trained in, I would also need presentation skills to create training programs, I would also need to be an extrovert, and be a solutions oriented thinker. But for the executive recruiter position I would have to have exceptional networking skills, entrepreneurism, a competitive drive and negotiating savvy. I think that I would start with a training and development position and work my way up to be an executive recruiter, which would be my dream
