The person that I most admire would easily be the Miami Heat coach, Erik Spoelstra. Erik Spoelstra is the staple point of started from the bottom. He started at a low level assistant for the media crew in the Miami Heat organization and slowly kept moving up and up the ranks to getting to a point where he became the head coach. He was able to humbly move up and up the organizational ladder without being a loudmouth or drawing attention. Once he became the head coach he was not accepting mediocre. He became the coach of Dwyane Wade, Lebron James, and Chris Bosh. O’Neal went on to play four total seasons with the Orlando Magic and he posted Most Valuable Player (MVP) like numbers that put him into conversations with the other great big-men as one of the best low-post players.
