Team Work:

• I consistently assisted my teammates with support on how to resolve issues with Mac+ calls.
• Seek the help and guidance of peer in tough case to ensure I approach the issue at the developers and Apple best interest.
• With also providing assistance to my peers in group chat and one on one chats.
• Assisted other with writer's block for their QDR and also helping to make negatives into positives for future QDR.
• Offered tech support and help build the morale of the team via jabber.
• Volunteered to work emails for teammate that are out.
• Provide coaching and have created and standard guild line for meeting keynote for further presenters.
• Volunteered to help out Mac+ chat when they were extremely busy.

Once I returned I hit the ground running by sending out emails to the team with free goodie offers.
• Volunteered with another teammate to facilitate the team meetings for the month of February and March. Created eye catching keynotes and coming up with awesome themed presentations.
• Volunteered to make sure that my team has completed required training.
• I also had the opportunity to work with 2 other teammates to come up with an awesome team building exercise that proved to be an awesome success.
• Volunteered to create a biweekly email reminder for time cards.
• Worked with the iProof team to assist me with my gram and quality of my emails.

Xcode and key call outs on how to resolve issues with Xcode has been a major challenge for me. I’m actively working to have my overall stats on the same level as my team.

Annual goals for next year

My primary goal is to improve my self and our developer’s interactions with me.
Continuing to work on team projects.
Being involved in skip level meetings.
Shadowing a Senior Advisor to learn more about the role.
Work more rotations so that I can learn all the different levels of support in apple. The rotations will help me to find the IT factor that will make me shine in the Apple work community.
The ultimate goal is to advance my career here at Apple.

The first time I called Apple Care, I was on hold 30 minutes and had to hang up because my grandson had arrived and I had to babysit. The next time I called Apple Care, I was on hold 25 minutes and then got Shontay, the apple care support connection. After telling her about my wait times, she called me to further help with the situation. I am an elderly woman who is not particularly computer savvy. Shontay stayed with me and gave me concrete help so we could begin to resolve the issue. I am forever grateful to her help. AppleCare has a wonderful employee!! CID:
