Personal Narrative- The Bible Spoke to Me
I sat on my bed. Alone. Lonely. But I wasn’t. Everything that everyone had said, left unsaid, was with me. Smothering me. As scenes danced mockingly through my mind, I cried out, “Does anyone care about me?! Does anyone care if I come to school or church-would anyone notice if I just quit?!”
A small, still voice whispered in my ear. Something stirred, struggling to be free, but my tormented mind smothered it, preferring to drown in self pity.
“Does anyone listen to me? Does anyone want me?” I moaned.
As I sank into despair, a book caught my eye. Buried beneath homework, magazines, and litter was my poor bedraggled Bible, falling apart from years of use-none of it recent. I dragged it out and opened it to Philippians.

Organizations large and small undergo change almost on a constant basis. It has been said that the only constant is change. Organizations must change in order to survive in today's global marketplace. Organizations from the smallest of mom and pop businesses to the largest multinational corporations must utilize change management principles. Change management theories are part of the process of change management in business. There are different change management theories that have been developed over the years.
Managing change is an “ongoing process whose objective is to enhance the ability of an organization to participate and respond to developments in its external and internal environments, and to enable employees at all levels to cope with the changes” (Cascio, 2016, p. 6). Change is never easy, but never impossible. It occurs when there is an understanding of the need for change, the vision of where the organization should go, and a commitment to action. Change leaders need to address the question “Why change?” and develop a rationale for the change and a compelling vision of a possible future. “Being dissatisfied with the status quo helps to ready the organization for change” (Cawsey, et al, 2016, p. 106). Samson was a judge who lived on the land of the Isrealites. After reading the chapters from the book, "Courageous Faith. I have learned a lot of information that I did not know before. From Judges chapter 13 through 16 we have seen that God was the one who chose Samson to be a judge. I have chosen Samson because I can relate to him more than the others. One difference that I found between Samson and I is that all the obstacles that he went through, I did not go through. Samson's life was planned by God. It was not a choice that he had made personally, and yet he violated all the restrictions during his life that brought him into a very tragic end. In the early years of the twentieth century, Italy has created a new system of government, however suffered social and economic conditions. Improvements were made however, poverty and literacy were still problems that have not been solved well. While entering World War I, the nation was neutral up until joining the British and French in exchange for certain advantages. However, it was unsuccessful as Italy failed to take control of the territories that it claimed at the Versailles Peace Conference,and suffered significant losses. The ideology of fascism occurred when the power of Italy was shrinking and the idea of being a pacifist became weak. Benito Mussolini created a group of fascists to represent a means to stop the socialists and the communists coming into his nation.

A popular way that people share information is E-mail. The first E-mail was sent in 1971. It was sent between two computers, that were sitting beside each other in the same room, and said “qwertyuiop” (Arandilla, 2011). While the meaning of this message has been lost over time, E-mail has become increasingly popular throughout the years. G-mail, an online email site created by Google, has over 45 million accounts.
Email (electronic mail) was one of the biggest breakthroughs in communication when the internet was commercialized. With email, it became possible to send messages and letters across the world in a matter of seconds to the recipients address. Email was used as an alternative to conventional mail or snail' mail, as the term was introduced to describe its speed. As technology improved, it became possible to attach' documents, photographs and even sound clips or songs to emails which made mail by post redundant. Emails used packet switching software whereby the email was broken down into packets' and sent via the internet to the recipient.
