Thank you for sharing that information I enjoyed reading your story and I never knew Medicare could be such a drag. I have a friend going through a worker compensation case and it can get pretty bad when insurance is not on your side, my friend has been working on getting his case resolved going on two years now, but the doctors are saying he’s fine, but he don’t think so and want a second option about his condition. He works construction and fail off a machine at work and hurt is elbow pretty bad. Also thank you for sharing about your personal experience with Medicare, I never knew they didn’t cover a lot of cost. I believe the book states that Medicare only covers eighty percent of cost. However, over the past few years the department has doubled in size, creating minor departmental reorganization. In addition the increase of departmental staffing, several challenges became apparent. The average handling time for each phone call had risen as well—from an acceptable standard of 5.6 minutes to an unfavorable 7.2 minutes.
