Hello my name is Kasey and today the barrier that will be discussing and how it will help me toward my career goals and what I want to do in my life is, procrastination and stress. The word procrastination means, to put off intentionally the doing of something that should be done. Sometimes the word stress comes with procrastination which means, a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from preventing success or very high demanding circumstances/issues. The steps that come with having procrastination and stress is, having a fear of failure and having low energy levels and being stressed out and you might have a lack of studying when doing your school work or working at your job. Procrastination and stress goes hand in hand with each other, the reason that this happens is because, people feel like they have no way out of doing a lot of work that is coming at them and when that happens the stress starts to creep in and they start to become lazy and disorganized with their work.

Another way to help me stop procrastinating is, to make a list and out the most important dates first on my list or on my calendar and then the dates that are kind of faraway out them a little bit farther but, not too much. Another way is to, pick a time and day when I need to start doing my work and when I start doing my work I need to find a nice quiet place to do my work and not get distracted.
