Do you really know what nutrition is? You probably answered with a blank expression on your face, and made up an excuse why you can’t tell me right now. Nutrition and exercise are things you should pay attention to daily. Both of them can really help your body and change your appearance. You probably don’t believe me. Fine. I guess you don’t care about what the 6 types of nutrition are and what they actually do for you or why people quit exercising. Interested now? Bear with me for a few more minutes because some of the stuff in here could be a lifesaver. 1. 6 types of nutrition
Did you know that nutrition breaks into 6 groups? They are water, vitamins, fats, proteins, carbs, and minerals. Everyone should be eating these in order to keep themselves healthy. All 6 of them do different things for your body. Let’s start with water. It is always good to make sure you are drinking water. Water keeps you hydrated so, that means if you drink it you are keeping yourself from getting dehydrated. Dehydration makes you feel sick to the stomach, could give you a headache, or make you really dizzy. Do you really want to be walking around feeling like you are about to pass out? We will now move onto vitamins. As you probably know there are many different vitamins. Certain vitamins do certain things to your body such as: fight sickness, prevent birth defects, and maintain calcium homeostasis. It is stated, “Vitamin C is necessary for the synthesis of collagen, which provides structure to blood vessels…”
