I would like to become a neurologist. I would like this as a job because it seems pretty fun and it has a high average salary. Some thing that appeal to me is that i get to learn more about the brain. If i do research, i can find new things about the brain that no one has figured out yet. this can help more diseases be cured or be treated.
A neurologist treats disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Some of the daily duties of a neurologist are patient examining, Diagnostic testing, and treatment. I would have to take a patient and examine him/her, this is to see if they have a disease or a problem. The Diagnostic testing is scannings like a cat-scan. This is to see what the problem is. The treatment is when you decide what the patient needs, such as surgery or medicine. I would like the treatment the most of the job, because i would be able to help people and could save lives. The most challenging part of it would be the treatment and the diagnostic testing because i would have to decide what their problems is. …show more content…

I will be able to do all of this because always had skills like these. I am always talking to people and making friends. I’m very smart and i come up with things all the time. I’m also able to come up with ways to fix problems and i will able to fix them fast. being on task is a way that i able able to fix things very fast and efficient.
To become a neurologist, your degree level has to be at a M.D. You have to have a degree in medicine, neurology. You also need a federal-issued license. A one year internship is required and three or more years of specialized training in the form of residency.You have to go to medical school. This will take about 2 years. The medical school last for about four years. Stanford university is a medical school that i will probably go too, if i am able to get a scholarship. Yale is another that i should go too. Yale is a Ivy
