Emotional traits : Emotional traits occupy a very important place in the personality of an individual. Emotional traits include emotional reactions, temperaments like introvert or extrovert, cheerful or gloomy, submissive or dominate, courageous or timid; sentiments, desires, attitudes and complexes. psychologists are of the view that endocrine glands exercise a good deal of influence on emotional traits. 4. Social traits : Social traits of personality include social behaviour, social acceptance, social effectiveness, social ideas and social adjustment. These traits make the person sociable, mixing and popular. He can make friends easily. He does not feel shy in the company of strangers. 5.
