Mark always lays it all out on the table and encourages everyone to do the same in all that they do. He teaches us that hard work is the backbone of success. With hard work, all of us can accomplish our goals and live our dreams. He challenges us to always be selling. So, if we decide to sell a product, then we must take that product and know every aspect of it. If we cannot explain how it is going to improve our customers’ lives they will never want to buy it from us. Mark Cuban goes on and encourages us to love what we do because he feels that it is not worth doing if we do not love it. By loving all that we do, we can put in that effort and it will not feel like an effort at all. It will make learning about our products enjoyable and we will love what we do each and every day.
