On May 22, 2015 a letter from Mr. Gallagher was forwarded to the Command Center. In his letter, Mr. Gallagher stated the following: (Verbatim) On April 28, 1993, Lillian Hudson, who lived and owned 23A Vernon Avenue Brooklyn, NY, passed away with no known next of kin. This property remained uninhabited for many years. Officer Oneal, who lived down the block, was aware that no family came forward to take control of the premises. On December 07, 2008, Officer Oneal alleges that she suffered serious injury at the premises of 23A Vernon Avenue. On January 20, 2009, Officer Oneal started a lawsuit regarding the alleged injury she received at the above property. Hudson as an owner of 23A Vernon Avenue. On July 25, 2012 allegedly, Colie Gallman Jr. as a sole heir to Lillian Hudson Estate signed the deed of 23A Vernon Avenue to Blanche Oneal. Blanche Oneal alleged that she paid him ten thousand dollars. The NYC property tax statement, dated November 20, 2012 lists Blanche Oneal as an owner of 23A Vernon Avenue, but shows her mailing address as 4 Vernon Avenue, Brooklyn NY. On August 06, 2014 Lula Mae Brown (Niece of Lillian Hudson) stated her family tree. She signed a sworn affidavit stating that she had never authorized any person, Including Colie Gallman Jr. and Blanche Oneal, to sell or act on her behalf in the Estate of Lillian Hudson and in regards to the property located at 23A Vernon Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. The affidavit was notarized in South Carolina. August 19, 2014 Minnie Lee Davis in the State of Connecticut (Niece of Lillian Hudson) stated her family tree. She signed a sworn affidavit stating that she never authorized any person, including Colie Gallman Jr. and Blanche Oneal, to sell or act on her behalf in the Estate of Lillian Hudson and in regards to the property located at 23A Vernon Avenue, Brooklyn,
