for his philosophy called radical behaviourism. Ivan Pavlov investigated the stimulus response procedure of classical conditioning. Most of the theories was beneficial previously during that time.
Those theories ignore the fact that difference people have difference goal and dream. The learner view this theory as passive, and responding to environment. Behaviour may result in reinforcement and punishment.

So, the basic idea of this theory is learning is personal act. The famous psychologist for humanistic theories known as Abraham Maslow and Carl Roger. Maslow was popular with needs theories.
Humanism theory started by Abraham Maslow (1943). Maslow defined self -actualization as the motivation and the aspiration to influence one’s personal potential. The impact of humanism can be classified into three categories. A new set that approached and understand human nature. Second, the research of human behaviour expended. Third broader range of effective methods in professional practice of psychotherapy was implemented.
Abraham Maslow (1943,1954) stressed that motivation is the key to understand of human behaviour. It comprising of five motivational needs, often depicted as hierarchy level within a pyramid namely physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs. Maslow emphasized that each individual should sustain or meet the lower level basic needs before the individual desire the second or moving on the highest level.
