Honestly, this was one of the most difficult questions I have ever had to answer. I repeated the personality test couple times. Most of my answers had to be 2 and ½ instead of a whole number, which I wasn’t capable of jotting down next to each question. Anyways, I pushed myself so hard to finish it, as this is something that I had to do to help explore and dig deeper in the hidden inner world of myself. To begin with, the results revealed that I hold the INTJ personality type, which stands for the Introverted Intuitive Thinking Judging. Marina Margaret Heiss has successfully described the INTJ by stating that they are the ones who “have original minds and great drive for implementing their ideas and achieving their goals. Quickly see patterns in external events and develop long-range explanatory perspectives. When committed, organize a job and carry it through. Skeptical and independent, have high standards of competence and performance for themselves and others. What is shocking about INTJ is that my high self-esteem and self-confidence are always mistaken by arrogance and rudeness. Even though I am fond of teaching, I figured out later as the years passed by that I am looking for something more in life. Why not shake things up and continue my education to change my career, which will definitely aide me to find the true self , give me joy in life, feel engaged in a different dynamic workplace, and stop chasing my past goals that I thought would help me get there. I even noticed that I can easily climb up to managerial positions when I am willing to stimulate and challenge myself and market my own
