Vitamins Necessary for Health, The Benefits and Dangers Quality of life can correlate with health, the healthier one is the more they enjoy life. One can turn on the television or log onto the internet and find several methods for improving one’s health, most often it is vitamins and minerals in various forms; food, pills, liquids, drinks, patches, gummy candies, and just about anything you can imagine. Along with the different methods and types of vitamins and minerals you can find studies as to why you should or should not take them.
