Each one of us knows that fruit and vegetables are important and essential since they contain a variety of nutrients including vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants which are essential for our health and body. They boost our immune system and regularly protect our body from any diseases. Furthermore, fruits and vegetables intake keeps our stomach full for a longer time compared to other unhealthy foods. They also keep us physically and mentally fresh than ever. Along with all of these health benefits, eating fruits and vegetables prevents chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
