Kimari, Good morning, I am sure you are very busy as a guest services manager I know people can be needy and I hopefully won't take up to much of your time. First and foremost you should know, I've had a great experience and nothing but good things to say about every one of your employees I have interacted with. It has truly been enjoyable. Malia was very helpful on the phone when I was searching for places to stay while here TDY with the Air Force. I have been with you since the 25th of January and will be here until the 12th of March, nearly 50 days. However, my lengthy stay puts me in a bit of a perdiciment. I understand you need to put a hold on my Travel card for the full amount of my stay which is around $9600. Unfortunatly, my Government travel card has a $7500 limit and I also have to use it for food and rental car while I am here. My home station was aware that me being here this long would cause me to go over the limit on my card and planned to file periodic travel vouchers throughout the trip to pay off the balance allowing me to continue paying for lodging and food throughout my stay. …show more content…
