The Philosophy of Free Community college College should be free for the first two years of study. Even though free college would cost billions of dollars. Free community college would rely heavily on government funding, the possibilities for success are endless. Community college should be free for two years because it will create competitive workforce, boost participation in achieving higher education, and increase economic well-being.

A free college education would provide a boost for the economy by producing more people being able to enter the work field with higher degrees. If we want to be successful economically, we as a nation need to close the gap of Americans who have college degrees and don’t. We understand the path to economic security begins with post secondary studies. However, most Americans can’t afford the rapid costs of college, free community college will bridge this gap and bring America economic boosts and prestige. Having an educated workforce means more income and see increased tax revenue coming into the government. Giving students the opportunity to get free education will provide many Americans debt free lives and increase real estate and motor vehicle sales. Also, students see an economic boost, for every dollar a student spends he or she sees a return investment of $3.80. It is extremely important to have a stable job in today’s economy. With the pressure of student loans and fees most seek out work right away without attending college, the estimate cost of four-year university is from thirty to sixty thousand each year. It is very difficult for an average 18-year-old high school graduate student to hold up these tuition fees on their free time that is very limited by the high academic commitment. Without the help from wealthy backgrounds, or government loans, four years university educations are considered luxury dreams for high school graduates.
