Extraordinary Mind The mind is such a beautiful mystery that gives us humans the power to come up with extraordinary ideas. Every individual is different; we all have different ideas and opinions on how we approach life. The situation of living can be twisted and bended into many ideas that humans have formed overtime. Life to me is important to be questioned. Famous philosopher Socrates believed that the unexamined life is not worth living, this is something I highly agree on. Life has many folded questions, which some people choose to unfold while others choose to follow the system of not asking too many questions. To me, humanity blocks many of the truths that people should question. Keith Ablow had stated we live our lives based on denial, fiction, and repression. People do not take advantage of the power we have to be able to speak up. Bringing forth our ideas or questions we have in our mind towards what we personally believe in. When we are born into this world we are taught to talk, walk, and how to function. Our families drill their values in our head until we believe that is the truth of living. Yes, we believe one is free because that is what people want us to believe. This is why asking yourself questions about life is so important. Asking questions, in my opinion could seriously bring you that knowledge one needs to obtain in order to not fall into what I like to call the “trap of life”. People out there in this world are blinded from the beauty within this earth; because they rather steer in the path mostly everyone takes, instead of taking an adventure out of the comfort zone. Learning new ways of life can really improve your soul into feeling the happiness of not being dumbed down by people who think they could make you believe a certain way.
