Theory of Needs by Maslow Dr. Abraham Maslow, wrote the theory of Hierarchy of Needs. This theory has the five levels to be acquired for every human; the first level talked about physiological point of view. People have to be able to breathe, find a way to feed and drink water, sleep, excretion, and sex. After all this is cover the second level will come into place. The second level is about finding resource for safety and secure life style. Any person needs to cover its own motivation trues a Family environment, proper health, Job security, and employment. Not everyone need to keep moving up but normally most people stay in level three for what Mosley mention. Level Three is to find pace and fell love by other people. Feel important and appreciated is key to succeed this level. In other words, we have to reach a good friendship, get sexual intimacy and be part of a new family. As levels move up on the pyramid there are harder to meet. For level four, every person needs to work on themselves. Look inside their thoughts and find self-esteem, confidence on which they are, Respect other equally, being respect by others. In this level most of the people find their really motivation. But still quite a few people look for more and the last level is present to achieve their true motivation. On level five, is to be aware of expecting the unexpected. A person of this level needs the capacity of solve problem in the act, have the creativity, high moral level, and being out going around people. After understand each of them, it will be easy for each person to see where they stand and what they need to work on to find the highest hierarchy of motivation. As Maslow mention, the second level is only complete if you can overcome the safety in the Theory of needs. Every person needs to learn how to keep and employment, follow a proper health, maintain a good living condition in a normal environment. Some of those people had experiences many challenges in their own childhood and the way they live is just heritage from their parents. But when can we stop this chain and overcome someone different in life. Which path we have to follow as a grown up to teach our children how to cover their basic needs without struggling. The Walls family overcome many obstacles in life and their children became good people and some of them are in the highest level of the hierarchy of needs. Rose Mary did not do a good job raising her kids, but still they came out of the box and went far beyond their parents.
