Organizational consultants are very important people who are well versed in psychology especially that of the workplace. The workplace has many people working together and needs organization to determine how the people are faring on and if there is anything that is of harm to them. Psychology involves people and the way they are handling their thoughts and situations that are affecting them. Many people at the workplace are going through many things even as they are working. She thinks that all the prosperity of the company has been brought about by her efforts. She gives herself credit for the success of the company. Some questions that are important for her will be what she thinks about the success of the business and goals. My team and I will also delve into why she has had various divorces and what is affecting her job, is it the time she spends at work. The issue of her son’s substance abuse will also be a case of discussion. These issues should be addressed since they are a cause of stress to her. This is important in order to determine the root of her pride and help unite the executive board together. Pride usually leads to fallout with the others since someone deems him or herself as superior to the others. Another question will be how she views those under her. This will enable one to determine if the workers have been intimidated and come to a point where they should be treated in a manner that is respectable. Some recommendations would be that she should be ready to accept the views of others to promote unity and teamwork. I will conduct seminars to promote awareness of good mental health and state at the workplace. It is important that everyone knows that his or her productivity is or may be affected by the situations he or she is passing through. It is important that one talks about the problem with a trustworthy person or share with someone the problem he or she may be having. This is in cases that need counseling. Some of the cases need counseling and medication.
