Islamic work ethics highlight the behavior which is either prohibited or promoted for individuals in an organization. Islamic work ethics reduces disputes and helps in overcoming hurdles obstructing success of any organization by promoting cooperation, consultation in all affairs (Yousef, 2000; Abbasi and Rana, 2012). Islamic work ethics prohibit wasting time in unproductive activities, laziness and sitting idle at workplace. It is assumed that employees are usually unproductive and fail in their life because of their attitudes which involving them in such prohibited activities as mentioned above. According to Abbasi and Rana (2012), Islamic work ethics is such a new dimension of business ethics that helps organization in enhancing workplace environment.

Thus, it is important to practice economic movements based on moral and legitimate foundations (Abdi et al., 2014). In any event, most of the Muslim was not really comprehend on the value of Islamic work ethics. Some of them may be know the meaning of Islamic work ethics, but they will not implement it as an excuse that there are difficulties in implementing it and as they believe it will ruin the opportunities to be on top. They (Nasr, 1984; Idrus, Noordin, Naziman, Aznan and Othman, 2011) were argued that the Islamic work ethic deserves a serious investigation because it is the ideal which Muslims seek to realize. Darwish (2000) and Idrus et al., (2011) stated that the Islamic work ethics view the dedication to work as a virtue. Adequate effort should go into one’s work, which is seen as obligatory for a capable individual.
