When I grow up I will become a soccer player. I will become this because I really love the sport. I have played for soccer for seven years and I don’t plan to quit. I play as a forward on a select soccer team named the St. Louis Prospects. When I become a soccer player professionally my job responsibilities will be to compete in athletic events. I will get to play in season games and championship games. My work environment will be outside on a soccer field. It will also be at my home whenever I am practicing by myself. And when its off season I will drive to the soccer fields and have a session there by myself to improve my foot skill and technique. I could also go to soccer camps. It all depends what league you’re in. In the MLS soccer players don’t make as much money as they do in foreign countries because there’s more of a fan base in foreign countries. But people have averaged it up and the salary ranges all the way from $60,000 to $50,000,000. Hopefully I can get the money I deserve in the pros. I can achieve this by getting on a Spanish club. The future outlook of soccer looks very good. I believe the sport is continuing to grow and it’s not going to stop. The reason I think this is because people love to watch it and play it. According to many websites soccer is the most popular sport in the world. With that proof I believe that soccer is not going to stop for a long time. If I don’t make the pros I could still use my athletic skill to have a career. There are many similar occupations of a soccer player such as , P.E. teacher, fitness trainer and a soccer manager. I could also be a sports instructor. Even though I wouldn’t have my dream job I could still have a fun job in sports. These steps are long and hard but soon I will be playing with the pros.
