Recently I was promoted to district manager over five news locations. Now, I have been a manger for several years of Dunkin Donuts I am very excited to share my experience and my plan for success. Krispy Kreme Case Study Question 1. The chief element of Krispy Kreme's strategy is to deliver a better doughnut and to appeal to customers in new ways. I believe Dunkin’ Donuts distinctive competence is that is the leader market leader in the quick service restaurant industry for coffee, donuts, bagels, and muffins.
