One of the valuable experiences that I learned is that difference employees from the diver's origin, race and ethnicity can build a strong, diverse organization that can help the public with different languages, races, and ethnicity. The LAPD deals with the public that has diverse culture and languages. It's not an easy job, it is a very challenging job and it requires lots of training and experiences. It requires making immediate action and decision in a moment. It is not easy for officers since they are responsible for the safety and security of the society. It is important and valuable skills since I have an opportunity to see in person and within the short period of experiences that I have with the LADP agency, I can make a better decision if I really want to continue my career with any law enforcement agencies and if I am a right fit in law enforcement
