E-cigarettes and hookahs have become very popular in today’s society. E-cigarettes are made out of metal and they contain nicotine, acetone, ethyl alcohol, styrene, and other substances that are vaporized (Brown, H., Hahn, E., & Riker, C., 2014). They come in many different styles and the substances used in e-cigarettes vary from brand to brand. Hookahs use tobacco that is sweetened and also flavored, and the smoke is passed through water before actually inhaling it (Noonan, D., & Kulbok, P., 2008). It is believed by the public that e-cigarettes and hookahs are better for you than traditional cigarettes. This is not true. In fact they can be more harmful to someone’s health than traditional cigarettes. This is a huge problem in today’s society
