Education has become a necessity in today’s world. Many students around the country are always looking for the next higher step to increase their intelligence with education. Sixty percent of college dropouts have no financial help to pay for tuition (stageoflife-30daystox, nd ). While financial problems have become common in the United States, students should still be able to attend the college of their choice without creating unliveable stress. Due to the fact that education is so important for success in life, college should be free.

Day by day students worry about how they are going to get through the week with little money and a full time schedule. Seven out of ten students feel stressed about their personal finances, according to a national survey, and nearly 60% said they worry about having enough money to pay for school while the other half are concerned about paying their monthly expenses (Jeff Grabmeier, nd). Most college students have a lot to juggle, whether it be school work or full time jobs, friends, or maybe they are involved in a sport or organization that’s and a lot to handle, especially your first year at college. With everything college students have to partake in, it doesn’t take long for anxiety and stress to become a mental problem. Surveys say that 80% of college students experience daily stress (ADAA, nd). Studies show that students who take a lot of hours and maintain jobs, interferes with their academic performances and takes away their studying hours (Kate Trombitas, 2012). College creates different amounts of stress levels, if college were free a lot of these problems would be minimized and students would not have to deal with all the stress and
