Everyone have bills and responsibilities that require them to maintain a steady income if they want to manage their responsibilities. Sometimes employees are faced with working conditions they do not agree with, however, they need income so they bear the conditions and demands employers inflict upon them. Collective bargaining rights were established to give employees power to confront and negotiate with employers for improved working standards.
