Job Title: Clinic Manager
Job Summary: An employee with responsibility and accountability for leading and managing Primary Care Plus. The clinic manager is an instrumental part in defining goals, budget, and performance standards, and helping in communicating it to the staff. The clinic manager uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising in order to allow Primary Care Plus to run smoothly and efficiently. Must have the ability to take initiative, excel in decision making, and problem solving expertise.

Responsibility and Accountability:
• The clinic manager will be held accountable to identify problems which may interfere with the practice and develop a plan of action for resolution and will consult with administration and providers when appropriate.
• The clinic manager is responsible for utilizing the policies put in place by administration and use good judgment to establish limits in autonomous decision making.
• Monitor daily clinic productivity and effectiveness and report off to administration as appropriate.

III. Budget and Supplies
• The clinic manager is responsible for being aware of the budget and is expected to utilize it in an effective and economical manner.
• Utilizes the purchasing system appropriately.
• Seeks authorizations from administrations for payment on invoices and purchases according to policy.
• Must be knowledgeable in regard to diagnostic and procedure billing and coding and how it will affect reimbursement.
• Tracks all ordered supplies and materials
• The clinic manager ensures that all staff is appropriately trained on coding polices.
• Reviews and updates forms used within the practice. Standardizes when possible.

Job Duties
- To include all of the following but not limited to.
- The clinic manager is responsible for all clinic needs as assigned by the administrator.
• Daily:
 Daily cash flow and receipt reconciliation report
 Sort Mail and Faxes
 Daily management of patient appointment schedules for Juliet and Alvin
 Print voicemail messages- assign messages to clinic staff
 Manage daily clinic flow
 Manage patient wait times/ calculate and track daily average wait times
 Calculate and track daily average visit times
 Help out in the following areas but not limited to- the front office, with check in, check out, scheduling patients, posting payments, in clinic with triage, labs, phlebotomy, X-ray, drug screens, industrial and DOT exams
 Help with messages and refills as needed
• Weekly
 Manage timecards for administration approval and send to accounts
 Weekly deposit
 Weekly supply orders
 Assist with employee PTO and weekly schedule management
 Upload invoices and bills to Medivoxx for approval of administration
 Assist billing with MDO deficiencies, billing errors, &lab code
