The transformative power of classical music was well implemented and very convincing. The main goal of the video was the idea that classical music is for everyone. In a proper framework when it is introduced, individually everyone should be able to relate the emotions that classical music reveals within their lives. In between the presentation, while he played a portion of classical music, he requested the audience to think of someone who they loved that had already passed away. This was to attract the audience into his message and it made them deeply experience the emotions that exist within the classical music. With his music examples he can give important lessons of leadership. Vision is the first lesson he focuses on. On the long line, if anyone keep an eye, driven by their passion they can follow the visions. The entire role of Zander which is his heart, mind and body; comes from the deep passion for music. Benjamin says that no sound is made by the conductor, it all relies on the passion and desire to produce the sound. He looks into the musician’s eyes to check if his doing a good job. He will come to know that his leadership is working well, if the eyes are shining. In the presence of chance, human reacts physically and passionately. As Benjamin is an orchestra conductor his messages are inspiring and from this background his presentation appeal strongly. Through music and stories Benjamin takes his audience to an interactive journey. He believes that there are 1,600 people out of which 45 people are obsessive about classical music. He mentions that they love classical music, their radio FM is tuned for classical music, their CD players in cars play classical music. For them life without classical music cannot be imagined. The second group is bigger in number since they are the ones who don’t mind classical music.
