Proposing a solution
An issue that has been affecting the local communities in the Untied Stated is homelessness. How do we prevent this epidemic and how do we come to the aid of those who need help. It also happens to be an issue with our younger generations. For some families in parts of the United States they get laid off or are not able to find jobs and become homeless creating problems for their children and their futures. It is a terrible situation to be in when it is happening to students. Sometimes it is hard to spot out these kids who are struggling. There is not much research done on homelessness based on where one would go when it first happens but these young people are doing what they can for themselves to survive. There are signs that students may be homeless but most do not bring up the issue because they are ashamed of what they have to go through. Research is always done about the numbers and statistics of homeless students and there are some methods to escape the streets but the number still continues to grow. Solutions to help eliminate homeless students in a community.

Homeless has changed in the past years, in the first beginning of homelessness, it meant people who were very poor but stayed in cheap hotels. Today being homeless means being houseless. Several changes in the 70's through the 80's may have been reason for homelessness due to the cheap hotel prices going up and of course one simple cannot afford housing if he or she is homeless ("Homelessness.”). ...ut in reality, there are various citizens that are suffering from some kind of financial problem. All over the world there is an issue with poverty and homelessness. The issue hits home when there are students who are on the streets. This traumatic event happens to anyone and any family that is in some kind of financial issue. Americans are privileged in many ways, and paying bills on time is key to have or own a place. Homelessness is a tragic event that is happening to citizens who can not afford what they agreed to pay. Making sure the funds that are being worked for and sorting bills is also a major issue to why people can not save money to keep their place. Many Americans work hard for what they own but homeless students should be cared for until they graduate. Young adults attending high school have potential to create a better future with better resources.
