A life of construction
Bryce Boelter, also known as the supervisor of the Guemer Pit and Valley Demolition Landfill, outside of New Ulm, MN, is one of the most dedicated and hard-working men I have ever met. He has a true passion for his job and is always willing to go the extra mile for his work to be successful. Ever since he was a young boy, he has been running the same machinery that he now works with every day. His father and grandfather were both in the construction business; therefore, it was a big part of his life growing up. Ever since then, Bryce has had a great passion for working construction.

When you think your average baseball player, what do you think of? The player usually has all of his arms, legs, and no physical disabilities. Anyone who plays baseball would think it is hard to imagine that a person born without a right arm is able to play the game and let only be able to be a pitcher. Jim Abbott faces all the odds and has ten-year career in the major leagues. Abbott had to faces many obstacles throughout life and his playing career. Jim Abbott grew up being picked on since he didn’t have a right arm. When Abbott was younger he would use a steel hook as right hand and other children were afraid of him. Also, they called him names like Mr. Hook.
George Ohr was a mysterious and odd man. He was born in Bolixi, Mississippi July 12, 1857. His origins are from German. Meaning his parents were German immigrants who came to the United States. George Ohr was interested in various many other trades before finally learning about ceramics. He then became interested. He was an educated clay maker learning in New Orleans from a man named Joseph Meyer (“Wikipedia Contributors, George E. Ohr”).
They lived in Hughenden, where he found nomadic work and his first son, Patrick was born. Bonner did many jobs, for example he was a seasonal worker on the mainland, native policeman of Palm Island and advancing position of assistant worker overseer with responsibility for about 300 people.

Born 1939 in the Blue Mountains New South Wales, Vernon Treweeke was known as the father of Australian psychedelic art, and a pioneer in Australian human rights, activism and DIY culture (Haarp Media 2015). At age 11 Vernon’s father died in a car accident, which influenced him to start hanging out with the wrong people, which ended with him attending a boarding school in Bathurst alongside another famous Australian artist, Brett Whiteley (Wright 2010). After high school, Treweeke attended East Sydney Tech to study fine arts. Then moved to London as there wasn’t much happening in the Australian art scene.
Joseph Ratzinger was born on April 16, 1927 in Marktl, Bavaria, Germany. He was birthed in his parents’ home, on Holy Saturday. On the same day, he was baptized. His father, Joseph Ratzinger, was a very religious man and a police officer, who was modestly paid. His mother, Maria Ratzinger, was a stay-at-home mother. His brother, Gerog, and his sister, Maria, were older than him. “He was the youngest of three children” (Streissguth 11).
On Wednesday April 27th I went to go see a dance team at Northeast High School. The dance team goes by the name ‘Special EFX.” Automatic, Nerd, and Infamous One form a unique dance group that is truly amazing. They travel all over to motivate kids to use their own special talents to stay positive, healthy, active, and drug and alcohol free. The dance team Special EFX was first started in the early 2000s by 3 young African American’s in the city of Philadelphia. The three young teenagers were Demetrius Horton, Quanntrale Shaw, and Rashan Willams. These three teenagers looked at dance as a way to forget about all of the negative things that were going on around them. Instead of doing drugs and drinking alcohol, they dancing was there definition to having fun. These three kids then teamed a motivational speaker named Sterlen Barr. Consequently, it is important to consider workers’ health related issues and others connected to the place of work to diminish the effects of drug use in construction sites and to augment the protection contained by the workers in addition to the place of work.
Line of duty death are terrible but they can be prevented by following the right procedure. Kyle Dinkheller was sheriff who made a couple mistakes which cost him his life. First he let the suspect get out of his car before the deputy ask him to. Second, he let the suspect feel like he was in charged in the traffic stop. Third, he let the suspect return to his vehicle after he was being uncooperative. Lastly, Dinkheller should more training with his weapon.

Throughout the years, CWC has steadily prospered and has created a loyal staff and work force. John Carpenter, Woody’s son, has recently joined the CWC team after completing business degree. Under his strong guidance, CWC has moved into the commercial construction industry, supplying and installing countertops, cabinets, and other fixtures in commercial developments. CWC currently possesses a high reputation for supplying millwork to the construction industry.
