If I was to describe you in three words, they would be, brilliant, bold and unforgettable. Growing up with a mother, a role model, who possess these incredible qualities, has given me more than I can ever put into words. Your brilliance is what shaped Jordan and me into the young women we are today. Being bold is what makes you successful with anything you decide to tackle. I admire how you speak your mind and aren't afraid to do it. The most important trait that you embody, however, is being unforgettable. When you enter a room your strong and compelling presence can be felt. Closing my eyes to think of you, I envision yellow, like the sun. I always tell you how much I love you, but I wanted to highlight a few of the million reasons why. You taught us from a young age how to be courteous, well mannered and respectful. At dinner one time, in my elementary years, you said, "You should eat your dinner as if you were dining with the Queen". That meant elbows off the table, chew with your mouth closed and don't talk while there's food in your mouth. I think you got the "Queen" thing from Opa, or at least, that's something I could picture him saying when you were at that age. I am grateful that Jordan and I were held to a high standard of etiquette and how we presented ourselves to the world. Those guidelines gave me confidence at job interviews, meeting new people and treating the ones I love with the utmost respect.
