People interact with video games every day throughout different ways, such as cell phone devices, computers, consoles or whatever which has a screen on it. In fact, it has always affected people’s lives. However, not so many people understand the benefits of video games. With video games, people can not only relieve themselves from stress and suffering, but it also improves people’s social experiences while they are exchanging and absorbing knowledge with other people; more than that, people can learn many other things from video games which can help them to achieve great things in lives.

Exercises are important activities for people who want to achieve healthy lives. Imagine that John, a person who loved to play tennis. He played tennis every morning before he went to work. However, one day, it rained hard outside and he couldn’t play his favorite sport anymore. He was so sad and depressed. Luckily, he remembered that he had a Wii--a video game console-- that could help him to play tennis with online people inside his house. It’s a big thank to the video game industry, now people can play sports any time they want inside their houses. Not only tennis, there is a ton of exercise game for people to choose: dancing games, yoga games, footballs game, fitness games to name a few. Video games have evolved with the technology.Video games can connect people around the globe. People can communicate, make friends, or even learn other languages. People say that social networking works better in improving people’s communication skills. Yes, it works, but it is not better than video games. Is there a social network where you can practice your leader’s communication skill or teamwork skills? No, it only takes a video game named Red Orchestra 2 to prove it. In this realistic WWII game, a win required heavily a commander who give orders for his team-- before each attack on a location, he orders his team to wait for the artillery supports on the location, then they attack; otherwise, his team would get killed by their own artillery. Each player has to choose a class--marksman, assault, machine gunner, rifleman, engineer, anti-tank soldier, tank crew--each class has specific weapons or tools to do specific things in the battlefields.
