“I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.” Michael Jordan, born on February 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, is a former professional basketball player, Olympic athlete, businessperson, and actor. Jordan is widely considered to be the greatest basketball player ever after he dominated the sport through the 1980’s and 90’s. He led the Chicago Bulls to six National Basketball Association championships, and earned the NBA's Most Valuable Player Award five times. Jordan is an influential figure because he is the greatest player of all time, a successful businessman, and an entrepreneur in multiple fields.

The team, which has been relentlessly terribly over the last few seasons, is currently valued at $315 million, which makes Jordan's two-thirds stake worth around $210 million.” (therichest.com).
