Making hiring decisions also requires a keen sense of emotional intelligence, which is common for those with top-notch people skills. Human resources specialists also get the chance to delve into the inner workings of other departments like finance or marketing. Extroverts are energized by people around them. This job would be very preferred by them because it matches their personality. This job is require social interaction with hundreds employee daily which compatible with them by ease.
Responding to media requests or working on press campaigns requires an outgoing personality. Extroverts can easily build the long-term relationships required for the job and will enjoy the constant energy of working with people. Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to identify, assess, and control the emotions of oneself or of groups. Researchers such as Peter Salvoey and John D.
