Adolf Hitler, was a German politician who was the leader of the Nazi Party, Chancellor of Germany from 1933 to 1945, and Führer ("leader") of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. As dictator of the German Reich, he initiated World War II in Europe with the invasion of Poland in September 1939 and was the main leader of the Holocaust. Like everyone, you can’t just be appointed as Chancellor or dictator right off the bat, you need to prove yourself and work starting from one of the men who fought in the First World War. He was focused hugely on personal control, that he had the last say and it extended down to the footmen as well. He took over more positions in the army so he could have more power. The supporters were usually punished for wrongdoings and actually became repugnant when “New Order” was imposed. This happened right before World War II when the Nazi wanted to impose on the conquered areas under its dominion. He harmed his party with his uncontrollable power and lack of concern for others. He could have created a more collaborative environment as many leaders do around the world in this current period. Hitler had a trust issue, every single general who reported to him in the Second World War could not create a bond between them. It was literally a one way relationship when it came to leading, Hitler again had the final say and did not rely on any opinions. He barely tried to create a relationship with his followers/supporters and focused again on direct control rather than a two way communication
