Megophrys nasuta are light to dark brown on their dorsal surface with cryptic patterns resembling the forest leaf litter. They have two thin, ridged skin fold that run dorsal laterally across the animal's back. Coarsely granular skin with prominent tubercles on the dorsal surface provide further camouflage amongst the forest floor.
