The world is standing on the brink of great social changes, technological and cultural innovations. Deployment of technology affects all aspects of social life. Significant changes occur in the whole structure of culture and modern civilization. Currently we are witnessing a new level of development of human society with the trend of globalization in all spheres of human activity. In order to be able to find our place in this new transformed world, we need to understand the nature and direction of change, which leads to globalization, particularly in the field of business communications. So, what are the causes of the process called globalization? It is hard to find the clear answer to this question, as the development of international integration has been observed throughout the world since the mid of the XIX century multiples times. However, majority of the times these processes were shut down by different political, economic and social obstacles. Is the current phenomena of globalization is a direct continuation of the internationalization of capital, the beginning of which was assigned to XVI and XVII centuries by the French historian Fernand Braudel? The process, he called the birth of a "global economy" around the centers of establishing European capitalism: England, Genoa, Holland. (Braudel) Globalization is a multi-structural process, established by multiplication and complication of social relations. As the result it leads to an international integration, particularly in the field of economics, engineering, technology, information, politics, law, management, and the emergence of some kind of mutually dependent and interlinked complex system. Because it provides enormous opportunities, it plays a key role in the development of the specifics of business communications. The impact of globalization on the communications in business, in the postindustrial society, features not only positive trends, that use the knowledge as a principle mean of exchange and development, but also the negative trends in the further exacerbation of contradictions - destabilization in the development of state institutions with low levels of economic development, the growth of multinational corporations and their influence on the world, indicating the incompleteness of the development process of post-industrial society, and the need in creation of a sustainable model and regulation of negative trends that may harm the further development of business and the world economy
