Orange and white jump suits are what inmates are forced to wear to show that they have committed a crime. These uniforms are used to for reasons like stripping away their identities and help identify them if they are to escape. Now uniforms are used in schools for nearly the same reasons, except instead of a convicted felons they are worn by public school students. Though, many people say that there is a definite change in students behaviors and test scores. whether these perks are worth limiting students is quite controversial. School uniforms are thought are thought to have a positive effect on students’ academic abilities, but recent research shows this may not be true. Uniforms have been mandated all over the for the reasons that they seem to help students. In England uniforms have been used for centuries. School During early nineteenth century before uniforms were mandatory in public schools a lot of the students were home schooled. This was because in public schools kids were getting hurt. Now if that they also have to start to wear uniforms like inmates, eat disgusting food like inmates, and spend hours of their days staring out windows waiting to be released like inmates. uniforms for inmates also serve a similar purpose to hopefully stop violence and end differences amongst each other. When it comes down to it someone has to decide whether someone's civil liberties are more important than their safety and education.
